What type of time commitment is required?
None! You accept jobs only when it's convenient for you - there is no minimum time commitment. You let us know when you are available and how far you are willing to travel - we'll send you all the jobs that fit your criteria. Accept the jobs you want, reject the one's you don't!
What are Fixt's requirements to become a tech?
We partner with only the most experienced technicians across the US. You must be at least 18 years old, own a smartphone, be able to travel to the customer's location, and have great customer service skills. As a heads up, technicians will undergo a background check which requires your Social Security number.
How do I get paid?
Payment is deposited directly into your bank account 72 hours after you complete the job. Payouts range from roughly $30-$350+ depending on the device and issue.
How long does it take to become a technician?
On average, it takes between 4-7 days to go through the full on-boarding process.
