Nope. You don’t have to pay to be a part of our nationwide network of technicians.
*Some technicians may be subject to background check costs. These technicians are made aware of charges before proceeding.
We provide an on-site, on-demand service. If you are joining our team, you are agreeing to service the customer at their location and at the time they have requested.
After you have fully onboarded onto our platform and downloaded our app, you will then be available to receive requests. If you are available to take care of the customer at the time and date provided, you would accept the request. You will then meet the customer at the time and date requested, provide exceptional customer service and repair work and log everything into the Fixt Tech App (only available once you onboard). Once a repair is completed you will receive payment via direct deposit in 5 business days.
All technicians are paid for each service request via direct deposit within 5 business days, depending on your bank. All payouts are listed on each service request, and you are able to accept or reject based on that payout.
